Full to bursting on a Tuesday night, O'Connell's, once a pub but these days a legend in gastro-hotellery, is worth your hard-earned. New chef Paul Cooper is overseeing well-cooked, simple but often different bistro dishes, and they're served with care and attentiveness.
O'Connell's restful and quietly comfortable dining spaces are a delight to be in, and the wine list offers several cheaper options.
